2.2 Anmeldungen zu Workshops und Veranstaltungen

Für Workshops, Webinare und Präsenzveranstaltungen:

  • Eine vollständige Rückerstattung erfolgt, wenn die Stornierung mindestens 14 Tage vor dem Veranstaltungstermin erfolgt.
  • Eine Rückerstattung in Höhe von 50 % erfolgt bei Stornierung 7–13 Tage vor dem Termin.
  • Keine Rückerstattung bei Stornierung weniger als 7 Tage vor dem Termin.
  • In lieu of a refund, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost or defer to a future event (where applicable, subject to availability).

2.3 Consulting Services and Coaching

For one-on-one consulting, coaching sessions, and personalized financial advisory services:

  • Full refund if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
  • No refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session.
  • Sessions may be rescheduled without penalty with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.
  • For packages of multiple sessions, unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis, less a 15% administrative fee.

2.4 Membership Subscriptions

For recurring membership subscriptions:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support.
  • For monthly subscriptions, no partial refunds are provided for the current billing period after cancellation.
  • For annual subscriptions, a pro-rated refund may be available for the unused portion if canceled within 30 days of the most recent billing date, less a 15% administrative fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for annual subscriptions after 30 days from the billing date.

If FinWomen cancels an event or workshop:

  • Alternatively, you may choose to transfer your registration to another date or a comparable event.
  • FinWomen is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred due to the cancellation.

4.3 Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, or widespread technology failures), our refund policy may be modified. We will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements before considering refunds.

4.4 Promotional or Discounted Purchases

Products or services purchased at a discounted rate or through promotional offers may have different refund terms, which will be specified at the time of purchase. Generally, heavily discounted or promotional items are not eligible for refunds unless required by law.
